We're passionate about embroidery, as it makes up the majority of our business, but we understand its limitations. Whilst it offers class, quality, and low minimums, for someone after a large branding opportunity, printing and weaving can be the answer.

A printed beach towel is a 50/50 polycotton towel designed for vibrant, full-colour custom printing. It features a tightly woven polyester top surface with a low pile, allowing designs to be printed in high detail using dye sublimation while helping to prevent sand from becoming trapped in the fabric. Each towel is printed with your customer's chosen design, making it ideal for personalised gifts, promotional products, events, and branded merchandise.

A woven beach towel is a 100% cotton towel where the design is created directly into the fabric during the weaving process rather than being printed onto the surface. Woven beach towels can feature up to two colours and have a reversible design, with the pattern on the front appearing in reverse on the back. This construction creates a classic, durable finish that remains part of the towel throughout its lifetime.

Printed towels use dye sublimation or digital printing for full-colour, all-over designs, while woven (Jacquard) towels incorporate the design directly into the fabric, typically with a two-colour pattern.
