All engraving is completed in house by our studio team. Please note: Due to the engraving process and the natural grain of the wood, some engraving may appear darker in places than others, adding character to this unique product.

We're happy to accept returns on any plain (non-personalised) items if you're not completely satisfied. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns on personalised products, as they are custom-made and cannot be resold. However, if any item - personalised or plain - arrives faulty or not as described, we'll put it right straight away with a replacement or refund. Unless the product is faulty, we do not refund the cost of shipping. We also require you to ship the product to our returns address yourself.
