Shipping & Returns
expand_moreWe're happy to accept returns on any plain (non-personalised) items if you're not completely satisfied. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns on personalised products, as they are custom-made and cannot be resold. However, if any item - personalised or plain - arrives faulty or not as described, we'll put it right straight away with a replacement or refund. Unless the product is faulty, we do not refund the cost of shipping. We also require you to ship the product to our returns address yourself.

Our standard production time is 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the delivery service you choose at checkout, but we offer a next-day delivery option for those who need their glass quickly.
Can I add a custom logo or design to my wine glass?
While we currently offer personalised text engraving, we understand the desire for custom logos or designs. If you’re interested in this option, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@duncanstewart.co.uk to discuss your requirements.
What if my wine glass arrives damaged?
We take pride in the quality of our products. However, if your wine glass arrives damaged, please contact us at customerservice@duncanstewart.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our returns policy.
Can I return a personalised wine glass?
Due to the personalised nature of the engraving, we cannot accept returns unless there are defects in the product or errors in the engraving. Please double-check your personalisation details before ordering.
How should I care for my wine glass?
For the best care, hand wash your wine glass with a non-abrasive cleaning material. Avoid using dishwashers as this can damage the engraving over time.
