How It Works

Simply upload your chosen photo and we'll transform it into an embroidery-ready design, carefully capturing the details that make your image special.

When ordering, please select the number of individual elements you would like included in the embroidery. This refers to the people, pets or key objects featured in the image.

For example:

  • A couple standing in front of a house = 3 elements (2 people + 1 house)
  • A person walking their dog = 2 elements (1 person + 1 dog)

Before production begins, you'll receive a digital preview of your design for approval, giving you the opportunity to review and confirm that you're happy with the artwork.

Please Note

Our embroidery team will carefully assess each image and determine the level of detail that can be successfully recreated in thread. Due to the nature of embroidery, some fine details may need to be simplified or omitted to ensure the finished design looks its best. Generally speaking, we will not embroider facial features such as eyes, noses and ears due to the level of detail required.

Shipping & Returns

We're happy to accept returns on any plain (non-personalised) items if you're not completely satisfied. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns on personalised products, as they are custom-made and cannot be resold. However, if any item - personalised or plain - arrives faulty or not as described, we'll put it right straight away with a replacement or refund. Unless the product is faulty, we do not refund the cost of shipping. We also require you to ship the product to our returns address yourself.
