Before we begin embroidering, we'll create a digital proof of your photo for approval, so you can be confident you're happy with the design. Every blanket is embroidered in-house by our experienced team using commercial embroidery equipment for a premium, long-lasting finish.

Keeping your embroidered blanket looking its best is simple. Machine wash on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent, avoid bleach and fabric softeners, and air dry or tumble dry on a low heat to maintain its softness and protect the embroidery.

Shipping & Returns

We're happy to accept returns on any plain (non-personalised) items if you're not completely satisfied. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns on personalised products, as they are custom-made and cannot be resold. However, if any item - personalised or plain - arrives faulty or not as described, we'll put it right straight away with a replacement or refund. Unless the product is faulty, we do not refund the cost of shipping. We also require you to ship the product to our returns address yourself.
