**Personalisation Details**
Each bag is personalised by our skilled embroidery team at our Sussex workshop. When adding initials, please specify your preferred format, such as SJ, S.J., or S.J. We embroider exactly as requested, but please note that we cannot include emojis or foreign languages. Once an order is placed, personalisation details cannot be changed.

Our textile products are packed in grip-seal or zip-sealed plastic bags and shipped in recycled grey mailing bags. Homeware items are packaged in recycled materials and shipped in boxes or mailing bags. When selecting the express checkout option, please note that it defaults to standard delivery. For faster options, please select from available delivery choices at checkout.
**Christmas Delivery**
For the holiday season, please check our delivery timelines, as we proactively update turnaround times based on demand and will communicate any delays.
**Returns**
We accept returns on non-personalised items. Customised products are non-returnable; however, if there is an issue with the embroidery or a product defect, please contact us with a photo, and we will work to resolve the matter. Plain goods returned will be refunded, less original shipping costs, and personalised item returns will involve communication regarding options and any associated costs.

We're happy to accept returns on any plain (non-personalised) items if you're not completely satisfied. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns on personalised products, as they are custom-made and cannot be resold. However, if any item - personalised or plain - arrives faulty or not as described, we'll put it right straight away with a replacement or refund. Unless the product is faulty, we do not refund the cost of shipping. We also require you to ship the product to our returns address yourself.
