Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns on personalised products, as they are custom-made and cannot be resold. However, if any item - personalised or plain - arrives faulty or not as described, we'll put it right straight away with a replacement or refund. Unless the product is faulty, we do not refund the cost of shipping. We also require you to ship the product to our returns address yourself.
